So many of us are feeling the calling for change in our lives and greater understanding of who we are at a fundamental level. Many times outer changes in our circumstances force us to take a deeper look inside to find answers. And, in reverse, many times an inner sense of discontent can be the catalyst to bring about the change that our hearts are longing. In either case, something is urging us to respond and grow.

 

Together we will create your more fulfilling and purposeful life. Through a safe and nurturing approach that is unique to each person's path, we will explore areas of growth such as:

 

  • The importance of self-love in your healing process

  • Understanding and improving your relationships with others

  • A holistic look at body, mind, emotion & spirit balance, and why this synergy is important for greater integration of Self

  • Practical ways to better manage yourself in times of stress and overwhelm

My name is Shae, the Creator of The Phoenix Process

​

I am a Transpersonal Psychologist who is dedicated to helping individuals discover the deepest parts of themselves, including one's psychological disposition and needs, as well as their essential spiritual nature. Often, when we are misaligned with these parts of ourselves it can leave us feeling separate, alone or misunderstood.

 

From this perspective, I focus on the aspects of the personality through work that allows you to live and operate from your authentic self. In today’s culture many individuals feel a sense of disconnection, which can lead to a longing for something more meaningful in their lives. Ultimately, I believe, this is a longing for a deeper level of knowing who we are as a spiritual being having a human experience. In other words, a deeper level of connection to others, our natural environment, and to our own hearts.

 

I am committed to helping my clients discover their true inner voice; the authentic voice that is always present within us, offering guidance to a higher alignment and purpose in our lives.

The Phoenix Process Explained

1. We begin with defining the Foundations of your existence. 

2. This increased awareness leads to discomfort as you see the gaps between your current and envisioned state. 

3. To bridge gaps, it's crucial to reconnect to (large-s) Self and the (small-s) self. 

4. Then you can identify the specific areas where you're underperforming or sabotaging and set specific intentional actions to change. 

5. Finally, these actions become part of your patterns and you can relax into the new state of Flow you've created.
